Information you choose to provide
The contact form securely submits the information you enter to our website service and delivers it to the security team by email. It may include your name, company, email address, phone number, requested service and the scope information you provide.
How the information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requested security work, prepare a scope or proposal, and maintain necessary business communication. Please do not send passwords, API keys, production data or sensitive evidence through the website form.
Website and hosting data
Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and request time for security, reliability and abuse prevention. We also record limited first-party conversion events, such as a sample-report download, hotline click or successful form submission. These events contain the page path, event name and limited context such as form placement, selected service or an assessment score. They do not contain the free-text contents of your enquiry. This website does not intentionally set advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, email or business operations, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the relationship, legal obligations and security records.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have provided, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
